Frequently Asked Questions

Nerub'ar Palace is the first raid introduced in the WoW War Within expansion.
There are 8 bosses in the Nerub'ar Palace raid. To complete the raid, you have to clear all encounters, including the last one - Ansurek.
When it comes to delivery, there are two methods: self-played (carry) or piloted (recovery). So if you choose a carry service, you opt for the self-played mode; you will play together with our boosters and control your account for the whole duration of the boost. When you opt for the piloted method, you choose a recovery service, which means that you will share with the booster your account’s credentials, and the booster will take care of your character and handle the requested Nerub'ar Palace raid boost directly on your account.
Delivery time depends on the difficulty. Mythic is the most difficult and require time and effort. Most of the orders are being handled and completed within a couple of hours after the boost starts, but sometimes it may take longer to find a capable party, but we work with professionals that are ready to run any difficulty in the Nerub'ar Palace raid, added in War Within.
We have provided boosting services since 2013 and completed thousands of orders in self-played and piloted mode. We NEVER encountered any issue, so we can claim that our WoW Nerub'ar Palace Raid Boosting services are 100% safe, and our reputation speaks for itself. For extra security, if you buy a WoW Raid Boosting service that requires account sharing, we can use a VPN of your country and stream the boost.
Usually we start boosting a couple minutes after the order is placed and the payment is processed. There are couple exceptions though when we might be overloaded, when the request on services is very high, such as new expansion launches. After purchasing a WoW Boost, you will schedule the service together with the manager in advance, so the team is ready for you whenever it suits you better. Even if we can’t start working on your order right away, before purchasing, the manager will let you know when your boost can be provided.
Yes. We will constantly keep you updated with the progress of your order as we work on it through Discord app and via E-mail and/or notifications. Once the order is placed and a booster gets assigned, you will get in touch with our managers for any updates or questions regarding your order.
Absolutely. We are always more than happy to schedule your boost around the times that you prefer, whether it is a self played boost (carry) or a service that requires account sharing (piloted).
When it comes to prices, at Grindout, we have fair prices, which reflect the work and time needed to invest in obtaining the goal the client goes for.
