To get the Loaded for Bear in Division 2, you must complete the Year 8 Season 3 Climax Mission. Finishing it on Master difficulty for the first time guarantees you a drop. If you're not ready for that level of challenge, you can still play the mission on lower difficulties for a chance at a random drop. The higher the difficulty, the better your odds.
